PURPOSE: A quantum dot dendrimer and a method for synthesizing the same are provided to maximize light absorption and to ensure solvent dispersibility. CONSTITUTION: A quantum dot dendrimer is formed by combining a plurality of quantum dots in a three dimension. The quantum dot dendrimer is formed in a sphere, polyhedron, ellipse, and cylinder. The diameter of the quantum dot dendrimer is 10nm-1um. A method for synthesizing the quantum dot dendrimer comprises: a step of mixing a first precursor, surfactant, and solvent and heating; and a step of adding a second precursor to condense the quantum dots in a dendrimer structure.
