PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing Hibiscus mutabilis Linne is provided to ensure high moisturization without skin irritation and to promote elastine and collagen generation. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains Hibiscus mutabilis Linne extract. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a step of obtaining Hibiscus mutabilis Linne extract from Hibiscus mutabilis Linne; a step of filtering Hibiscus mutabilis Linne extrat using a filter membrane having a pore size of 0.05-0.2 um; a step of mixing with minimum 7%(w/w) of anhydrous ethanol; a step of formulating the Hibiscus mutabilis Linne extract.
