PURPOSE: A coupling disassembling and assembling device for a combination sizing block speed reducer is provided to improve maintenance utility by rapidly disassembling and assembling the coupling with a few workers. CONSTITUTION: A coupling disassembling and assembling device for a CSB(Combination Sizing Block) speed reducer comprises a bar-shaped worktable, a coupling clamp(103), and a weight(104). The bar-shaped worktable is composed of a front bar(106) and a rear bar(107). The coupling clamp is installed on the front side of the worktable and holds the coupling. The weight is installed at the back side of the worktable. The weight keeps the stable posture during the assembly and disassembly of the coupling. |
