PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a fluorescent lamp is provided to safely bend a bulb by including a torch. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit comprises a torch which heats a bulb using a flame. A plurality of rotary rollers is positioned on the lower side of the bulb and rotates a bulb when heating the bulb. A first holding unit(30a) holds one side of the bulb based on a bending point of the bulb. A second holding unit(30b) holds another side of the bulb based on the bending point. The bending unit is connected to the first and second units and bends one side and another side of the bulb around the bending point.
