PURPOSE: A safe driving device and a safe driving method using wind power generation are provided to enable a driver to safely drive a vehicle by automatically lighting up an LED lighting depending on surrounding brightness. CONSTITUTION: A safe driving device using wind power generation comprises a power generation unit(100), a shaft(101), a rotary wing(102), a luminous device(110), a charger(150), an optical sensing unit(120), and a remote signal receiving unit(130). The power generation unit comprises a magnet and a coil to occur power source. The shaft generates the power source by rotating the magnet. The rotary wing rotates the shaft. The charger charges the power source and supplies the charged power source to the luminous device. The optical sensing unit senses external light. The remote signal receiving unit receives a remote signal.
