PURPOSE: A chair structure for exercise and rehabilitation medical equipment is provided to simplify various exercises and rehabilitation by modifying the structure based on user's physical characteristic and a kind of exercise. CONSTITUTION: A chair structure(1) for exercise and rehabilitation medical equipment comprises: a base(60); a chair body(10) which is rotationally mount to the base upper portion in a horizontal direction; a seat part(20) and back support part(30) which rotationally mount to the upper end of the chair body in a vertical direction; rotation supports for seat rotation and back support rotation, which are extended inside the chair body; and a pair of angle fixing member(42,52) for selectively fixing the supports at a certain rotation angle.
