PURPOSE: A health care information processing device and a method thereof are provided to match the medical information with the identity information of a subject. CONSTITUTION: A server(120) comprises a recognition unit(500). The recognition unit sets up recognition area in partial area of a digital image of the subject. The recognition unit displays the identity information of the subject in the recognition area. The recognition unit scans the identity information of the subject displayed on the recognition area of the digital image. The recognition unit matches the corresponding digital image with the identity information of the subject saved in the server.
