VEHICLE DRIVING CONTROL AND AN AUTOMATIC BRAKE DEVICE BY CLOTHES CAUGHT IN A VEHICLE DOOR, CAPABLE OF PREVENTING A SAFETY ACCIDENT BY NOT ENABLING A VEHICLE TO BE DRIVEN WHILE CLOTHES BEING CAUGHT IN A VEHICLE DOOR

PURPOSE: A vehicle driving control and an automatic brake device by clothes caught in a vehicle door is provided to prevent a safety accident by not enabling a vehicle to be driven while clothes being caught in a vehicle door. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle driving control and an automatic brake device of a vehicle door comprises: an auxiliary cable(110) which is separately installed in a connection pin of a brake master-cylinder of a brake pedal in the interior of a vehicle; and an electronic clutch type motor(140) which is installed in the end of the auxiliary cable. The electronic clutch motor automatically pulls the brake pedal in stopping of a vehicle. The electronic clutch motor operates in order that user enables to comfortably take his/her foot off from the brake pedal in stopping of a vehicle. The electronic clutch motor is switched off by stepping on the accelerating pedal to drive the vehicle.
