PURPOSE: A hydraulic facility for embarking and landing a passenger carrying vessel is provided to enable a disabled person seating on a wheelchair, old people, and young child to easily board on a passenger carrying vessel by forming a slow tilt angle. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic facility for embarking and landing a passenger carrying vessel comprises a mobile mounting part(10), an embarking/landing unit(20), an operating unit(30), and a protecting cover part(40). A wheel is installed on the bottom of the mobile mounting part. The embarking/landing unit is installed on the top of the mobile mounting part and formed with a hydraulic lifting unit(50) on both sides thereof. The embarking/landing unit moves up and down to the top of the mobile mounting part. The operating unit is installed in the front of the mobile mounting part. The protecting cover part is formed on the top of the embarking/landing unit in the shape of a tunnel.
