PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided to maintain surface hardness in a range of 0.1~50A(shore A), to obtain excellent mechanical properties and elasticity at a room temperature and a high temperature, and to have superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises: 25-55 parts by weight of a block terpolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and an alkene compound; 20-50 parts by weight of paraffin oil; 5-15 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin; 5-20 parts by weight of an inorganic additive; and 3-15 parts by weight of a polyphenylene ether. The terpolymer has A-B-A' type. The blocks of A and A' are hard segments and the B block is a soft segment.
