PURPOSE: A cooled material temperature measuring apparatus and a device for measuring the heat flux of a cooling facility using the same are provided to minimize cost and to reduce measurement time by precisely measuring under the field condition. CONSTITUTION: A cooled material temperature measuring apparatus comprises a body, a sample member(30), and a temperature measurement unit(50). The sample member is arranged at the body. While the sample member makes contact with a cooling medium and is temperature-controlled, it is supplied to a cooled material. The temperature measurement unit is arranged at the body. The temperature measurement unit is associated with the sample member. The body comprises a sample heating member(70). The sample heating member is associated with the sample member to control the temperature of the sample member.
