PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a fluorescent lamp are provided to reduce a process time by processing a plurality of bulbs in an incline state. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bulbs is loaded on a loading position of a stage. The stage supports the bulbs with an incline state. A plurality of getter suppliers(44) is installed on a getter supply position and supplies each getter to the bulbs which move to the getter supply position. A plurality of heads(54) is installed on a holding position, holds one end of the bulbs which move to the holding position, and supplies cleaning gas and discharge gas to the bulbs. A moving unit(30) moves the stage to the loading position, the getter supply position, and the holding position.
