PURPOSE: An organic elestroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof preventing a contact fault are provided to electrically connect the sub pixel driving part array and organic electroluminescent array and improve the reliability of the organic elestroluminescent display device. CONSTITUTION: One or more sub pixel driving part array is formed on a first substrate(110). A protective film(120) comprises a gate insulating layer, an active layer and a drain contact hole. A second substrate(130) comprises one or more organic electroluminescent array. The organic electroluminescent array comprises a first electrode, an organic layer, a second electrode and a spacer. A conductive ball is electrically connected with the second electrode. A filler fills the space between the second substrate and the first substrate.
