<p>PURPOSE: A fastening assembly and a cushion having the fastening assembly are provided to make a fastening assembly fixed on a mold using magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A fastening assembly comprises a first surface(111) and a second side(112). On the first surface, a first strip(11) in which a plurality of hook bodies are projected is equipped. A third surface(121) and a fourth surface(122) are equipped in the fastening assembly. The third surface is adhered to the second side of the first strip. The second strip has a smaller width than the second strip(12) forming a pair of wing portions in the crosswise outside of the first strip. A fifth surface is adhered to the middle of the fourth surface of the second strip.</p> |
