PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a fluorescent lamp is provided to prevent a front heater jig from absorbing the heat of a bulb by heating the front heater jig with a constant temperature. CONSTITUTION: A first holding unit(30a) holds one side of a bulb based on a bending point of the bulb. A second holding unit(30b) holds another side of the bulb based on the bending point. A bending unit bends one side and another side of the bulb. A first bending arm bends one side of the bulb around the bending point by rotating around a hinge. A second bending arm bends the another side of the bending point around the bending point by rotating around the hinge.
