METHOD FOR COATING OF SILVER PROTECTIVE LAYER ON HIGH TC SUPERCONDUCTING FILM USING ORGANIC SILVER COMPLEXES

PURPOSE: A method for forming a silver protective layer on thin film type high temperature superconductor using organic silver complexes is provided to adjust the thinness of the silver protective layer by adjusting the viscosity of the organic silver complexes. CONSTITUTION: Organic silver complexes are prepared(S20). The organic silver complexes are applied on the surface of a thin film type high temperature superconductor(S21). The applied organic silver complexes are dried(S22). The dried organic silver complexes are plasticized(S23). The plasticized organic silver complex compound is annealed with oxygen(S24). A copper layer is formed on the surface of the silver protective layer(S25).
