NOVEL PLATENSIMYCIN DERIVATIVES AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND NEW PROCESS FOR PRODUCING PLATENSIMYCIN

摘要

PURPOSE: A novel platensimycin derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure excellent antibiotic effect and to massively synthesize isoplatensimycin derivative of high yield and high purity. CONSTITUTION: A platensimycin derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1, 2, or 3. A method for preparing platensimycin of chemical formula 2 and derivative thereof comprises: a step of reacting enone derivative of chemical formula 5 with acrylonitrile to obtain a enone derivative of chemical formula 6; a step of hydrolyzing the enone derivative to obtain a carboxylic acid derivative of chemical formula 7; a step of reacting the carboxylic derivative with anyline derivative of chemical formula 8 to obtain an ester compound of chemical formula 9; and a step of deprotecting a protection group of the ester compound.
