PURPOSE: A terminal device and a method for transmitting/receiving data thereof are provided to share data between plural devices when the plural devices have the equivalent motion amount. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit senses motion amount, and an interface unit(150) receives the motion amount from at least one external device. A controller(160) performs one of a data transmission work to, a data reception work from and a data transmission/reception with at least one external device. The sensing unit senses the motion amount of a terminal device in real time.
