PURPOSE: A razor cartridge and a shaver using the same are provided to maximize a skin softening effect and pumping effect which discharges sebum of pores. CONSTITUTION: A razor cartridge comprises a housing, a razor blade(140), a guard(120), and a vibrating unit. The razor blade is installed in the housing. The guard is adjacently arranged to the razor blade. The guard has a base and a plate-shaped elastic projection. The base is supported in the housing. The elastic projection is projected from the base. The vibrating member vibrates the elastic projection.
