PURPOSE: A structure of a flat panel display for minimizing the lateral thickness is provided to maximize space utilization by maintaining a thin-film type between perpendicularity or the horizontal hole. CONSTITUTION: A coupling member is fixed to the perpendicular space and a coupling member of holder is supported. A panel unit of a flat panel display(110) indicates the image. A cover member(112) of the flat panel display is included in the back side of the panel portion. The cover member comprises the settlement member seating groove. It is settled in settlement member seating grooves and settlement members are fixed. Settlement member seating grooves have the shape corresponding to settlement members.
