PURPOSE: A method for continuously manufacturing high-viscosity silicone compositions is provided to obtain improved permanent compression transformation rate and excellent mechanical properties and yellow color having a relatively low chroma. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously manufacturing an organic polysiloxane composition comprises: a first step of mixing organic polysiloxane and filler in a kneading cascade(3) which is equipped with two or more kneading chambers and forming a raw mixture; and a second step of mixing the raw mixture at 100-250 °C in an sequential operation double trough kneader(4) including an exhaust screw(5) and eliminating gas from the mixture.
