PURPOSE: A dye sensitized solar cell is provided to maximize a light efficiency by including the dye on an initial transparent substrate on which the sunlight or the indoor light is irradiated. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of counter electrodes(8a, 8b) is included on both sides of a first transparent conductive substrate(4). A second transparent conductive substrate(2a, 2b) is arranged with separating on both sides of the first transparent conductive substrate to a fixed interval. The second transparent conductive substrate includes a plurality of semiconductor electrodes(6a, 6b) corresponding to the counter electrode. An electrolyte is included between the first transparent conductive substrate and the second transparent conductive substrate. A metal grid with mutually corresponding is laminated on the first transparent conductive substrate and the second transparent conductive substrate.
