PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce the rigidity of a core by applying a composite supporting member which is made with a side plate and an end cap which are press-processed together to a header pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle comprises a combination supporting member(40) which is respectively combined with both sides of the heat exchanger and includes: a side plate(42) which is combined in both sides of a core unit(30) which consists of a tube(31) and a radiant heat pin(32); and an end cap(41) which is respectively formed in the top and bottom portion of the side plate in order to be integrally unified with the side plate and is combined with one end of a lower header pipe(20) and an upper head pipe(10). The rigidity of the core unit is maintaining and a first, second, third, fourth header pipes(11,12,21,22) are intimately assembled together. |
