PURPOSE: A display device, a driving method, and an electronic device of the display device are provided so that the gate of the driving transistor and anode of the organic electro luminance device are electrically shorted in pixel. It prevents from being visually recognized the brightness variation domain to the linear defect. CONSTITUTION: A pixel array unit(102) arranges the pixel including the circuit connecting the capacitor between the gate electrode and source electrode of the driving transistor to the matrix shape. A scanning line(WSL) is wired at the pixel row of the pixel array. The scanning signal is offered to the gate electrode of the write transistor. The power supply line(DSL) is wired at the pixel row of the pixel array.
