PURPOSE: An oxygen-hydrogen mixed gas generator is provided to prevent the reduction of electrolytic effects due to the scale spread in the electrode plate surface. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen-hydrogen mixed gas generator(1) comprises an electrolytic cell(2) having a closed internal space in which a carbon electrode plate(6) is formed, an upper plate(9), a lower plate(10), an upper lid(14) with an air through hole(13) in the central portion thereof, a bottom plate which is coupled to the upper lid and a body(4) with a fastening bolt(15), a gas discharging tube(18) which discharges the gas from a gas collecting groove(11), a supplement water inlet tube(19), and a plurality of electrolyzed water inlet holes(20).
