摘要 PURPOSE: An experiment device for performing the monitoring on oil leaked on ocean is provided to predict an actual oil leakage accident by observing the flow of a float member due to the flow of seawater through a monitoring system. CONSTITUTION: An experiment device for performing the monitoring on oil flowing on ocean comprises a float member(10), a buoyancy member, a satellite signal transmission unit(30), a carriage ship(40), a satellite(50), and a monitoring system(60). The float member is composed of a water proof material and is laminated to two layers, and the edge of the float member is closed by being tightly pressed. A plurality of buoyancy members are inserted into the float member and thus improve the buoyancy of the float member. The satellite signal transmission unit is connected to one site of the float member to transmit the location information of the float member. The carriage ship puts the float member onto the sea or takes it back. The satellite receives the signal from the satellite signal transmission unit, takes a photograph of the float member on the sea and wirelessly transmits it. The monitoring system receives and displays the information transmitted from the carriage ship.
