PURPOSE: A 2 click hinge apparatus of a folder type cellular phone is provided to adjust the opening angle of a mobile phone cover in two steps through the rotation restriction force caused by a ball or protrusion. CONSTITUTION: A hinge shaft(110) includes a guide groove(111) and ball grooves(112,113) on the circumference of one side thereof, and a rotational cam(120) is fixed to a hinge shaft through the insertion to a hinge shaft. A fixing cam(130) is activated while being surface-contacted with the rotational cam. A spring gives an elastic force to allow the rotation of the fixing cam.
