PURPOSE: An elastic spring clip, a structure and a method for fastening a rail using the same are provided to easily fasten a rail in a narrow space, and to easily maintain and repair the elastic spring clip. CONSTITUTION: An elastic spring clip comprises spring parts(100) and a clip part(200). The spring part has a bent part(110) and a flat part. The clip part is fixed to the bent parts of the spring parts in a folded shape. The clip part has folded parts(210), a through hole(220), and recessed grooves(230). The bent parts are formed in a cap shape.
