TANK ASSEMBLY OF RADIATOR

PURPOSE: A tank assembly of a radiator is provided to place a seal packing which is inserted into the inside of a groove of a header plate to the center of the groove and to enlarge the contacting area of the seal packing and the header plate. CONSTITUTION: A tank assembly of a radiator comprises: a seal packing(120); a groove(111) which is formed in the header plate and accommodates the seal packing; and a header plate(110) which is caulk-combined with a tank(130) by the seal packing. The inner floor of the groove is composed of recessed curved surface. A contact face of the tank which contacts to the seal packing has a swollen surface.
