PURPOSE: A control square bar for turnout interlocks and its interlocking method are provided to prevent the defective adhesion between a rail and a nose due to stroke change by including an adjustable link structure. CONSTITUTION: A top coupling plate(100) is comprised of a plate body. The top coupling plate comprises a bolt hole. An intermediate coupling plate(200) is arranged in the lower part of the top coupling plate. The intermediate coupling plate is comprised of a plate body. A bottom coupling plate(300) is arranged in the lower part of the intermediate coupling plate. The bottom coupling plate is comprised of a plate. A connecting member(400) is combined by penetrating the bolt hole of the bottom coupling plate and the top coupling plate.
