PURPOSE: An apparatus for increasing combustion efficiency is provided to achieve perfect combustion through fine chaotic mixing of fuel and air. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for increasing combustion efficiency comprises a heating unit(300), a blower unit(400), a high voltage generating unit, an anion-generation needle(205), and a magnetic field generator(500). The heating unit heats a carbon fiber heater by applying electricity. The blower unit is connected to the lower part of the heating unit and supplies the combustion air to the top. The high voltage generator and the anion-generation needle generate anion with high voltage on the upper part of the heating unit. The magnetic field generator generates a magnetic field using magnets arranged on the right and left sides of the top of the heating unit.
