PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a wheel mounting ornament hub cap is provided to improve the superiority of reliability, productivity, environment-friendly, and a price by using a vacuum deposition process instead of a plating process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a wheel mounting ornament hub cap comprises the follow steps. An intaglio logo portion and a back ground part are formed in a rear side. An ornament plate(3) in which the back ground part is embossed and a plurality of hanging pieces(5) which is formed on the ornament plate, are injection molded. Metal particles are vacuum-deposited on the surface of the ornament plate. The embossment logo part(37) is in bright metal color. The back ground part(39) is in dark metal color.
