PURPOSE: A laser repair apparatus, a laser repair method, and an information processing apparatus are provided to suppress the times of applying laser light. CONSTITUTION: A laser oscillator(103) emits a laser light. An optical system guides the laser light to a glass substrate(102). A defect extracting unit extracts the outer shape of a defect on the glass substrate. A controller(112) determines a location on the glass substrate to which the laser light is applied. |
