TOUCH PANEL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A touch panel, a method for manufacturing the same and liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to touch transparent electrodes and metal wiring which crosses each other for sensing touch position, thereby enhancing a touch sensing capability by reduction of wiring resistance. CONSTITUTION: The first metal wiring(101) and the second metal wiring(104) is formed in a direction which the two wiring is crossed on the substrate. The first transparent insulating layer(103a) is formed between the first metal wiring and the second metal wiring. The firs transparent electrode(111) and the second transparent electrode are formed on the same layer. The first transparent and the second transparent is connected on the first metal wiring and the metal wiring respectively through a contact hole and the second contact hole.
