PURPOSE: A combustion control method of a regenerative-combustion heat furnace is provided to heat-treat materials by uniformizing the inner temperature distribution of the thermal process furnace. CONSTITUTION: A combustion control method of a regenerative-combustion heat furnace(10) is as follows. If a regenerative burner(20) is suspended to be started, a degradation of a flame temperature of a regenerative burner is controlled, and a processed material(1) is appropriately heat-treated. The plural pair of regenerative burner has a burner part and a regenerative chamber. The burner part has a fuel jetting nozzle. The regenerative chamber accepts a thermal energy storage material. If he combustion of the regenerative burner is suspended in a thermal process furnace, the combustible exhausting gas is induced the regenerative chamber, and the heat of the combustible exhausting gas is accumulated in the thermal energy storage material. |
