PURPOSE: A hybrid supported metallocene catalyst, a manufacturing method thereof, a manufacturing method of an olefin polymer using the same are provided to manufacture the olefin polymer of the desired property and high molecular weight with good activity. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid supported metallocene catalyst is a metallocene compound marked as a chemical formula 1, a metallocene compound marked as (CpR)_n (Cp'R')MQ_(3-n), a cocatalyst compound, and a carrier. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are the same or different. R1 and R2 or two R2 form a ring by interlinking each other with alkylidene radical. M is a 4 family transition metal.
