PURPOSE: A non-power horizontal gad scavenger arrangement is provided to secure the efficiency by using the hydraulic pressure of underground water without power. CONSTITUTION: A non-power horizontal gad scavenger arrangement comprises an impeller(I) and a cleaning brush(B). The impeller is installed inside a horizontal gad. The impeller is rotated by the water current of the subsurface water flowing into the horizontal gad. The cleaning brush is attached to a rotary shaft(S) of the impeller along the horizontal gad to the constant interval.
