METHOD FOR PROVIDING GUI AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for providing GUI including GUI items which a user can select and an electronic device using the same are provided to provides GUI providing superior visual effects on a small screen. CONSTITUTION: The first group of GUI items among GUI(Graphical User Interface) items except GUI items selected by a user is moved to first area of a screen(100). The second group of GUI items(140,150) among GUI items except the GUI items selected by the user is moved to the second area of the screen. In the third area generated by the movement, the user enlarges/displays the GUI items selected by the user.
