PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of raw food for health is provided to make functional raw food for promoting the health by using cheap rice, barley, garlic and pine needles. CONSTITUTION: Functional raw food for health includes hulled rice 20g, parched barley 3-8g, garlic 3g and pine needles 3g per 100g of clean polished rice. A manufacturing method of the functional raw food for the health comprises the following steps: mixing the parched barley, garlic, and pine needles; aging ingredients to remove strong flavor; and mixing aged ingredient with clean rice and the hulled barley.
