FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology and genetic engineering. Method includes stages of enucleating oocyte of canine family representative with obtaining an enucleated oocyte-recipient, carrying out transfer of nucleus into the enucleated oocyte using a somatic dog cell as a nucleus donor-cell in optimised conditions in such way as to obtain an embryo with a transplanted nucleus and transfer of the embryo with a transplanted nucleus into the oviduct of surrogate mother. ^ EFFECT: method can be used for breeding outstanding representatives of the canine family, preservation of rare and nearly extinguished species of the canine family representatives, xenotransplantation and modeling of diseases on animals. ^ 13 cl, 2 dwg, 8 tbl, 10 ex |
