FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: preparation of ceramic slurry is done by means of staged wet grinding mass, including clayey component, thinning agents and fusing agents, at moisture content of 16-20%. Mixture of initial components is previously exposed to thermal activation by means of baking at the temperature of 900-1200C with further cooling at the following ratio of components, wt %: clayey component - 25-65; thinning agents - 15-50; thinning agents - 0-40. Additionally stabilised chamotte filler may be introduced in amount of up to 50% of weight of the whole dispersed phase. ^ EFFECT: reduced moisture of cast slurry, increased density of foundry, reduced shrinkage. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 3 tbl |
