FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipe rolling, particularly to rear tables of pipe rolling mill. Rear table of pipe rolling mill includes frame carrying centering units and shell output devices in the form of pulling rolls, ejector, reception grate of side shell transfer with retainer, prop for shell removal on the rolling axis in front of bearing and adjustment unit. Stands with chutes for rod placement and rod replacement units in the form of two lifting and descending tables with drives are positioned at the same level behind bearing and adjustment unit at both sides of rolling axis. Each table features mounted mobile transport trolleys with V-shaped clamp and movement drive. Transport trolleys are connected by control rods with movement transmission levers, transmitting traction from movement drive to three transport trolleys simultaneously. Lifting and descending table is assembled of three guide lines for transport trolleys, attached to lever system mounted on two lifting drive transmission levers connected by control rod to each other and to drive. Guide and lever system forms parallelogram and allows for plane-parallel movement of guide lines with transport trolleys. ^ EFFECT: possible replacement of rods between passes, significant reduction of auxiliary operation time. ^ 4 dwg |
