FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises transverse bumper rail (7) secured to car rigid frame (1), deformable outer jacket of the bumper, folding structure (10) and load carrying part (13) that supports lower zone of outer jacket. Folding structure (10) is arranged between top zone of outer jacket and transverse rail (7). Load carrying part (13), together with deformable box-section element (3) supporting transverse rail (7) is secured to frame flange plates (2). Lower part (13) comprises transverse rail (15) and two brackets (14) connecting transverse rail (15) representing C-shaped section with flange plates (2). Load carrying part (13) represents single part made from flexible plastic material. Brackets (14) represent I-like section.
