FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used while producing high-quality biologically active supplements (BAS) for food. BAS for food with antitoxic properties is represented by powder of stevia leaves. The powder is obtained by drying stevia leaves up to humidity of 10-11% then it is minced in fine helix-rotating film of 0.1-0.5 mm at pulsing pressure gradient of 2-7 MPa and temperature of 25-30C. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to obtain end product with high antitoxic properties. ^ 1 tbl, 3 ex
