FIELD: measurement equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear electronics, in particular - to ionising radiation spectrometres with detectors without inner amplification where impact of electronic noise on energy resolution is considerable. Operational speed increase is achieved through shortening the non-informative part of each spectrometric pulse as well as their superposition resulting from overlay, injection of a compensating charge into the capacitor forming part of the spectrometric pulse formation. Injection is performed with compensation current that changes direction when the process crosses the preset level. For quick shortening and precise reduction of the pulse being shortened to the basic level the alternating compensation current in the course of the process is decreased in the time function so the at the compensation process final stage the voltage variations caused by it on the said capacitor are no more than 1/10 of the mean square value of noise at the compensation point prior to its commencement, while the compensation final stage duration is selected no less than where öf - noise band at the compensation point. ^ EFFECT: creation of numerous pulse formers with shortening of their non-informative part without deterioration of the signal to noise ratio based on time-variant formers. ^ 13 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
