FIELD: measurement equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument industry, in particular - to a method for fabrication of a coating thickness measure. The measure base is flat-shaped. The base working surface is treated by way of smoothing until the value of flatness deviation is less than 1/3 of the required measure error value. One applies a coating onto the central zone of the base working surface with preliminary insulation of the rest of the base surface (after the coating application the insulation is removed). The coating thickness value is defined by the profilogram as the length of the perpendicular drawn from the specified point of the coating profile to the measurement base. ^ EFFECT: improved precision of coating thickness and reduction of fabrication labour intensity. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
