FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in hydraulic extrusion of polymer work-piece and in lubricating surface of polymer with working fluid under hydro-static pressure. Also a polymer work-piece is deformed either at temperature equal to temperature of polymer melting or at temperature 110C above temperature of polymer melting. ^ EFFECT: developing process of hydraulic extrusion and design of installation facilitating fabrication of profiled items of profile length exceeding length of polymer work-piece 100 and more times. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
