FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil production equipment and can be used for protection of submersible well centrifugal electric pump (ECP) against penetration of mechanical impurities to the pump inlet from the well. Filter section includes perforated housing 1 with holes 2 for passage of formation fluid, one end of which is connected to reducer 3, and the other one - to nipple 4. In housing 1 of the section there installed is shaft 7 with possibility of being rotated in bearings 8 and 9 arranged in reducer 3 and nipple 4 respectively. Between housing 1 and shaft 7 there installed is filtering element made in the form of cylindrical compression spring 10. Edges of spring 10 are installed between reducer 3 and nipple 4 in support elements made in the form of shells 11 and 12 which prevent penetration of impurities along edges of spring 10. Support element 11 is rigidly connected to spring 10 movement mechanism made in the form of pusher 15 and installation element 18 attached to it. On one end of shaft 7 there installed is spline coupling 19, and on the other end of shaft 7 there are splines 20. ^ EFFECT: improving operating reliability of device, enlarging functional capabilities, easy operation, improving transportation and storage conditions. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
