PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating and maintaining a mold at low temperature is provided to easily adjust the mold temperature to a desired temperature without an expensive steam generation boiler or complex pipe structure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for heating and maintaining a mold at low temperature comprises a flow path(12), a heating unit(20), and a pipe line part(30). The flow path is bored in a mold(10). The heating unit is inserted and fixed in the flow path and has a radiating unit(22). The pipeline part is formed along the flow path in the longitudinal direction of the heating unit and has a plurality of spray units(32) installed at regular intervals.
