PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring and diagnosing power transmission line are provided to perform stable power supply by securing a region where a solar cell is installed. CONSTITUTION: A transmission line diagnostic device(100) is installed on a transmission line(20). A spherical frame(102) forms the body of the transmission line diagnostic device. The frame comprises a camera sensor and a solar cell. The frame comprises a hole(104) at the center. A pressurizing member(106) is formed on the inner surface of the hole. The pressurizing member pressurizes the transmission line. The pressurizing member increases the frictional force of the transmission line.
